Standard processing requires approximately three (3) consecutive business days for quality inspection, secure packaging, and carrier handoff. Note: Purchases finalized during the weekend will be queued for processing on the subsequent Monday.

2. Freight Fees & Estimated Transit

Playyofart implements a universal, flat delivery surcharge of exactly $5.99 USD for all international shipments. Once your parcel departs our facility, standard global freight generally requires between 10 and 20 operational days to reach your destination.

3. Uncontrollable Logistical Variables

While we strive for prompt deliveries, occasional transit interruptions driven by cross-border customs inspections, adverse weather, or regional carrier constraints remain outside our operational jurisdiction. We highly appreciate your patience should these external events extend your wait time.

4. Shipment Monitoring

Upon dispatch, an automated notification containing your digital tracking credentials will be routed to your inbox. You may trace the global journey of your new decor via the universal portal: www.17track.net. (Kindly grant the logistics database 48 to 72 hours to synchronize and display initial movement data.)

5. Fragmented Deliveries for Multi-Item Orders

To minimize wait times, multi-piece transactions (for instance, combining Modern Home Accents with Artistic Functional Pieces) are frequently allocated to distinct fulfillment hubs. Consequently, your items may arrive in separate parcels. Each individual package will trigger an independent dispatch email and a unique tracking link.

6. Revising Purchase Specifications

Modifications to your delivery coordinates or product variants (such as color or size) must be requested urgently. We strongly encourage you to email our client care desk within a 12-hour timeframe post-purchase. Please provide your Order ID and the precise adjustment needed. Once a parcel enters active packaging and fulfillment, we can no longer alter its contents or redirect its trajectory.

7. Failed Delivery Attempts

Should you be unavailable during the courier's drop-off attempt, they will typically leave a collection slip and securely route the package to a neighborhood postal facility. Playyofart waives all financial liability for packages returned to our warehouse due to uncollected statuses or buyer-input address errors.

8. Investigating Prolonged Transit

If you suspect abnormal logistical delays, please follow this protocol:

  • Review the Timeline: Check your tracking link. If the parcel has registered a digital scan within the past 7 days, transit is proceeding adequately.

  • When to Escalate: If the tracking dashboard remains entirely static for more than 7 consecutive days, please alert our support desk with your Order ID so we may initiate a formal carrier inquiry.

9. Missing or Compromised Shipments

  • Lost in Transit: If the shipping provider formally concludes that your package was lost prior to final delivery, we will gladly arrange a complimentary replacement order.

  • Post-Delivery Liability: Our replacement guarantee permanently expires once the tracking system registers a "Delivered" status. We cannot reimburse or replace parcels suspected of property theft post-delivery. We strongly advise consulting neighbors or property management in such scenarios.
