1. Standard Purchase Terms (Final Sale)

Due to the delicate craftsmanship and logistical complexities of shipping home ornaments and artistic decor, all completed transactions on our platform are considered permanent. We do not accommodate general buyer’s remorse returns or decorative style exchanges. The sole exceptions to this strict policy are instances involving verifiable manufacturing defects or fulfillment errors originating from our end.

2. Reporting Transit Damage & Fulfillment Errors

We pride ourselves on the quality of our decor pieces. However, if your item arrives broken, structurally defective, or if our warehouse dispatches the incorrect design, addressing the matter becomes our utmost priority. Customers must examine their packages immediately upon receipt and must lodge a formal complaint within exactly 7 days of the delivery date.

3. Reimbursement Timeline

Should a monetary refund (either partial or full) be the designated resolution for your approved claim, the funds will be automatically routed back to your initial payment instrument. Please anticipate a standard processing timeframe of 7 to 12 business days for your banking institution or credit card issuer to clear the transaction and reflect the balance on your account statement.

4. Product Substitutions (Exchanges)

Playyofart does not process conventional product swaps or design exchanges. Replacements are strictly reserved as a remedy for goods that arrive in a damaged or flawed condition, contingent entirely upon an approved support claim.

5. Unapproved Inbound Shipments

Under no circumstances should you mail any merchandise back to our facilities without acquiring explicit, written permission from our customer care representatives. A resolution claim must be evaluated and authorized beforehand. Any parcels arriving at our warehouse without prior consent will be categorically refused. We are unable to provide any financial compensation, refunds, or replacement goods for such unauthorized inbound shipments.
